Who we are
This site is operated by Carla Montaño. Contact: hello@carlamontano.io. Implementation and agency services are delivered by Montano Systems (a working brand of In Motion Web Solutions LLC) under their own agreements.
What we offer
- Free educational content (articles, tutorials, resources).
- Digital products: guides, workbooks, templates and tools.
- Consulting sessions, mentoring, workshops and speaking.
- The NEXT YOU community, hosted on Skool.
Digital products
- After buying, you receive a download link by email and on the confirmation page.
- The link is personal — please don't share or resell it.
- Because of the nature of digital products, we don't offer refunds once the download link has been delivered, unless the law requires otherwise. If something goes wrong (damaged file, email didn't arrive), write to hello@carlamontano.io and we'll fix it.
- Website templates are provided “as is” and don't include installation support unless stated in the product description.
Sessions, mentoring and workshops
- Sessions are scheduled according to the availability shown on the site or agreed by email.
- To cancel or reschedule, give us at least 24 hours' notice at hello@carlamontano.io.
- Session packages must be used within 3 months of purchase.
- Tech SOS and 1:1 sessions are advisory and scope-limited; they don't include implementation work.
NEXT YOU community
- Access to the community is managed through Skool and is also subject to Skool's terms.
- You can cancel your membership at any time from your Skool account.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, scripts, graphics, the NEXT YOU method and digital products — belongs to Carla Montaño. You may not copy, redistribute or resell it without written permission, except website templates, which are meant to be adapted as the base of your own site.
Not professional advice
Content, sessions and the community are educational and supportive. They do not replace legal, immigration, financial, psychological or medical advice. Results depend on each person's effort and circumstances, and we don't guarantee specific outcomes.
Limitation of liability
We provide the site and our services in good faith, but we are not liable for indirect damages arising from their use, to the extent permitted by law.
